Set within an exclusive gated community in the area above Santa Ponsa, this very spacious apartment has been tastefully furnished and has 3 ensuite double bedrooms. There is a large living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities. The apartment has heat and air-conditioning.


Accommodation:
Living area has comfortable seating including two large sofas and a dining area to seat 6 people. There is a large 30” tv, dvd player and radio/cd player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, hob, & oven and the laundry facilities are just off the kitchen.
Bedroom 1 ensuite with king size bed.
Bedroom 2 ensuite with king size bed.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds & a stored camp bed for a child.
(the toilet and shower is just outside the bedroom)

The SE facing terrace has dining for 6 people and a very comfortable 3 seater sofa. It looks out across the tropical swimming pools and communal gardens. There are two tropical pools and the heated indoor swimming pool is ideal for year round use.

The apartment is non-smoking and is not suitable for pets.


Places to visit:

The beautiful cathedral city of Palma with its fabulous marina, designer shops, restaurants, bars and street cafes is only a 15 minute drive.

The drive to Valldemossa is breath-taking and there are some great little cafes to stop for Lunch after you’ve wandered around the old town and the monastery.

The children will love Marineland, the Western Water Park, and a night with the Pirates Adventure. These places are just 5-10 minutes from the apartment.


Coast / Beach:

The apartment is a 10 minute walk from Port Adriano where there is a safe, clean and sandy beach. The port itself has many restaurants and beautiful scenery to look at and It’s a great place to go and watch the sun set (behind the cliffs). The main Santa Ponsa beach is just a 2 minute drive and you can hire sun beds and pedaloes here and there are numerous shops and restaurants.

Port Portal Nous is a 10 minute drive and is home to the infamous “Wellies” and other great restaurants. The men can dream about the gorgeous boats and for the ladies there are numerous boutiques so don’t forget the credit cards

Paguera beach is a very nice family beach with lots of places to eat and many shops to browse around to escape from the heat.


Golf:

There are 7 golf courses within a 15 minute radius, Santa Ponsa I being a few minutes away, where there are full club house facilities, restaurant, bar and driving range. It is a 6,543 m, par 72 course which was inaugurated in January 1977. The 10th hole is one of the longest in Europe.
